Running a worship ministry and managing technology can be challenging, and churches don’t always have the resources to cover every need. That’s why I’m offering on-call support services, designed to help your church whenever you need it.

Phone Support Package
 

Price: $100 per call (60 minutes)
 

  • Quick troubleshooting for A/V issues (livestream audio/video, mixer setup, presentation software)
     
  • Practical advice for worship team teaching and training
     

Best for churches that want quick, dependable answers without needing video calls or on-site visits.

Zoom Support Package
 

Price: $175 per session (60 minutes)
 

  • Step-by-step help with A/V (livestream quality, mixer operation, presentation software)
     
  • Interactive worship team teaching and training sessions
     
  • Screen-sharing to solve problems together in real time
     

Best for churches that want interactive, face-to-face support while still being remote.

On-Site Support Package
 

Price: $150/month or $1,500/year
 

  • Phone & email help whenever you need it
     
  • Discounted in-person visits ($175 flat + $50–$100 travel surcharge per visit)
     
  • A/V support: Improving audio and video quality for livestreaming, operating the audio mixer, and using presentation software
     
  • Worship team teaching and training: In-person workshops and rehearsals with your team, covering vocal coaching, band dynamics, arranging songs for congregational singing, stage presence, and keeping Christ at the center of worship ministry
     

Best for churches that want hands-on help and training in person

Equipment Installation Service

 

If your church is adding or upgrading equipment, I can provide professional installation to make sure everything is set up correctly and ready for ministry.

 

  • Installation of audio mixers, livestream gear, cameras, or presentation systems

 

  • Full connection and setup with your existing equipment

 

  • Testing and verification to ensure everything works properly

 

  • Optional walkthrough so your team understands how to use the new setup

 

Price: $350 per installation project + $50–$150 travel surcharge

 

Best for churches upgrading or adding new equipment and wanting peace of mind that it’s installed correctly.
